The Importance Of Public Knowledge And Views On Fast Food...

Techniques The research was mainly completed in Google Scholar; however, I also used JSTOR, Microsoft Academic Search, and Mendeley for additional research. The sources were helpful considering they provided a concise overview, and offered the context for the evaluation of the reality of the fast food chains strategies and ignorance. I used a survey in order to further my understanding about public knowledge and views on fast food corporations. Most of the research were secondary sources; for the authors used others research to further support their claims. On the other hand, one of the research was a primary source which was written by a worker in a fast food outlets which offered personal experiences. Both types of reports were helpful†¦show more content†¦The sources only presented knowledge gained from background research rather than personal involvement. It also limited my understanding from exceeding above background research, and the papers contain a small bias view on the topic . Primary sources are highly valuable, but its contain a great amount of bias outlook. Considering the fact that I only referenced one primary source the report does not contain a diverse aspect of the subject. With that being said, the reports still classify to be valuable since it helps further my knowledge on the subject of fast food chains, especially their shameless strategies and disregarding of public demands and health. Moreover, the research process allowed me to realize my strengths and weaknesses as to research skills. A strength I recognize is analyzation of the information being presented and the link between the information and the topic. In addition, I’m decent at recognizing the information credibility. On the other hand, I need help with my time management skill considering I took more time than I expected to gather all of my sources. I need more guidance on noticing the credibility of the paper as a whole for the extensive amount of work I put into realizing the reliability of it. Additionally, I wish for advices on the reading of graphs and data. Personally, I hope to further improve my ability to recognize and perceive the dependability of reports. Moreover, I
